AIM Aerospace operates a full service test laboratory capable of performing program certification testing while also supporting the in process and receiving inspection test requirements of a composite manufacturing facility.

Test capabilities include the full range of material properties testing as well as shear, tensile and peel. Structural substantiation is verified by means of static testing of assemblies and bonded structures. Up-to-date and calibrated equipment is maintained to assure aerospace accuracy.
AIM Aerospace also performs flammability, OSU, Smoke and Toxicity testing, both FAA witnessed and process control, for exterior customers and is fully approved by the FAA and Boeing. Boeing approvals include:

• BSS 7322 Ohio State University (OSU) Calorimeter Heat Release
• BSS 7238 Test Method / Smoke Generation by Materials on Combustion
